Suggestion Description: Police keep putting pd into lockdown whenever 10 toes is called, this literally just destroys the meaning of 10 toes, 10 toes is meant to be code for help, but everytime i scream it i get a fat ticket and pd goes into lockdown so you cant do raids or anything on pd as easily.

You're breaking into the PD. It should be a very difficult task. The PD lockdown was added to make the PD more secure and to prevent cancer hostage situations.By screaming 10 toes you are calling for people to break into the PD and kill officers. Of course they’re going to give you a max ticket. Even before the lockdown was added, people used to get max a lot of the time.

Raiding PD is meant to be hard i can only see the people complaining about this (you respectfully) the people who consistently call 10 toes and have had being able to PD raid drastically harder with a large increase in loss. If you find it hard just don't PD raid thats kinda the point of police's job, to actively make crime harder to do and stop it and making a policy which helps them do their job shouldn't be looked down upon?

Fighting pd isn’t meant to be easy or balanced by any chance as that's where common factors such as risk and loss come in. If fighting PD was meant to be easy there'd be no TFU or RTU as this makes it harder for people to commit crimes.

I wish to argue that this is not a benefit, but a negative. The policy/behaviour developed out of necessity against constant PD raids and hostage situations. It's the natural development to avoid shit like that repeating on end and making PD raids harder, while also ensuring that officers not involved in the lockdown resume their duties and still find a PD to return to with suspects or in-house police work. And any suggestion that just wishes to ban new things is weak. Please consider sharing your thoughts on why it should even be easier to raid PD.

However, on this topic, we have recently seen a trend of officers placing the PD into lockdown when individuals shout “10 toes” without any credible or immediate threat. The policy is currently being amended to reduce these unnecessary lockdowns, but will still remain in which PD will be in lockdown when a PD raid is about to occur beyond a reasonable doubt.

That said, if you are calling “10 toes” to your associates, you should reasonably expect the PD to be placed on high alert in response.

To add to this, you should also reasonably expect to get a larger ticket, as calling for an armed assault on a government building to free a felon is the exact opposite of cooperation with Law Enforcement.
