Description of the bug: Stuns flashing through barricades.

How to reproduce the bug: 1. Step behind barricades
2. Get someone to throw a flash infront

NOTE: I'm 99.9% sure the stun landed infront of the barrier.

This was changed due to chain fences being used to block flashbangs iirc

They also flash through floors
