What rule do you wish to Edit/Add:
Your version of the rule:
Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited:
In my opinion forest growing or growing in public buildings shouldn’t be allowed full stop as it leads to shit awful situations such as:
- People walking into trees only to be shot in the head because someone’s growing in the forest.
- Planters on hills spinning or staying upright leading to weird player collisions and the likes when growing in the creepy tree line (very common forest growing spot btw guys ;P) especially for players who find said planters and need to transport them if they “raided” the forest growers.
- In rare but present cases, people growing in unowned / NPC owned businesses whilst armed and stopping people from accessing areas through force or threats of force.
The aims of this rule change is to:
- Stop weirdos powergrowing inside places like PD, city hall, pub toilets, farm, etc.
- Stops weird collisions because someone put planters on hills. Planter boxes being forced upright now allows them to sit on surfaces perfectly that they previously would have fallen off of.
- Stops people walking into unowned properties (normally police for a valid RP reason) and getting shot, leading to painful reports.
- Would encourage more people to base which leads to situations such as raids occurring more giving people the opportunity for PVP action.
Notes of the wording:
”may not be placed to be used to grow”. This means that in a last resort situation planters may be placed in an unowned apartment near the raided one in order to complete them, but prevents players from actively placing planters in unowned / unownable properties with intentions of growing narcotics. This rule will also allow users to “finish a batch” if the owner of their property disconnects from the server.
“ as a static position for their planters to remain” refers to keeping the planters on that slope for the duration of the growing period. Players who move them onto a slope for any reason other than in order to locate them permanently to the slope.
3.23 Placing Drugs
Players may not place drugs in areas that are not accessible without jumping or crouching, unless they are transporting the drugs in a timely manner.Your version of the rule:
3.23 Placing Drugs
Players may not place drugs in areas that are not accessible without jumping or crouching, unless they are transporting the drugs in a timely manner. Planter boxes may not be placed to be used to grow narcotics inside government, work related, unowned or otherwise public / unownable buildings. Whilst using planter boxes outside, players may not place planter boxes on steep hills or slopes that wouldn’t hold the planters realistically as a static Position for their planters to remain. Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited:
