Main Idea: Add a minimum character limit to adverts
Full description of the idea: Any person may not type and send an advert under a set amount of characters, special characters do not count as a character. Therefore making "!" or "?" spamming obsolete.
Why should it be added?: There's too much advert spam on the server, such as "[Advert] " and "[Advert] RAID"
This is a simple solution and should be a permanent one.
Pros: A better experience when trying to read advertisements
Cons: Certain idiots will try to get around this.
