Your version of the rule: Players are not allowed to violate law 11.4 on an occupied property more than 3 times in a 60 minute period. Players can not violate law 11.4 on the same property more than 1 times in a 60 minute period. If a player has died whilst trespassing on a property the aforementioned player must wait a reasonable amount of time after their NLR has expired before returning to a property with the intent of trespassing.
Why do you believe this rule should be Edited: Because New People who wants to finaly try to make people can't really make money or any good profit when they get raided twice from a hole org like they are alone and 5-6 people raid them its aids because there are people who constantly raid wich i can understand they are probaly bored and want some action but people who want to start out can't because they get raided twice or even 3 times but without evidence they cant do shit its much easier to report people too when you are only allowed to raid the same property 1 time within 60 minutes so admins can just check the logs if the person got killed 2 times or whatever but my main reason is that really people can't start out can't really defend themself against such big orgs but when you change the rule so you are only allowed to raid 1 time within 60 minutes they can still raid them but however 1 time so in these 60 minutes they got they could make more profit then yet you anyways make less profit when you only can do 2 big pots since new people don't have Premium yet.
