[Suggestion] Let players also own their properties after 5 minutes of being dc'd

Main Idea: Since the last update players that disconnect get to keep their drugs and other props for 5 minutes but not the actual properties these are kept in.

Full description of the idea: After you disconnect, any properties you own will remain yours for 5 minutes, just as in the case of props and other things.

Why should it be added?: It is honestly just a quality of life addition and imho it should have been also added in the last update.
