Description of the idea:
Adding a “tag skill” function that grants players a boost in that skill upon being selected.
A chosen tag skill from certain skills should be selectable on the skills menu. These tag skills can be:
- Crafting (grants the player 5 crafting skill)
- Firearms (Grants the player +12 firearms)
- Unarmed combat (grants the player +1 unarmed).
- Other skills that aren’t easy to grind (using the same formula of a rough 10% boost).
Possibly consider granting the ability to change your tag skill for roughly 750k + a deduction from the skill you had previously selected?
Why should this be added? (pros):
- Allows players to get a headstart in whatever they plan on grinding first.
What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Players choosing a tag skill they don’t want, wasting their opportunity.
