Suggestion Title: Taxi Rank Progression
Suggestion Description: I would really want to see rank progression for taxi drivers as there already is that for all the other jobs, the list of ranks should be the same as firefighter but replacing “firefighter” with taxi driver.
It would be extremely nice as it could also result in pay raise the higher rank you get such as nearly all the other jobs has.
An example ill show is here:

I havent seen the complete rank list for firefighters and medics so i cant continue, take in mind it is just an example.
Doing this we could also implement the taxi Tesla and other vehicles that would be unlocked when unlocking a new rank.

Why should this be added?:
- To make taxi more fun and enjoyable.
What negatives could this have?:
- None except developers sweaty work as far as i can see.
