TDM PROBLEM plz help!!!

Basically all the TDm cars are fine apart from a select few, there wheels are part in the ground.
My texture detail is set to high but i dunno how to fix tthis plz help!!!

Did you by any chance go on another server with TDM? If so reinstall our content packs
