I'm getting a 2003 Ford Focus for 1500 euros that has 10KM less mileage than our Merc and still drives like it's supposed to, Aaron is right. It's on 120K KM and you can get another good 120K KM if you don't drive like a retard, I always shift gears whenever I'm above 2K revolutions per minute (shift up as early as possible, shift down as late as possible). It's getting inspected soon but everything is in working order as this car only holder took good care of it, there is just a small dent on the front lip and that's about it. You can find decent cars starting at 1K euros, you just have to be lucky or know where to find one.
