Honestly the Intel build looks really nice, AMD isnt awful but I just find going Intel and nvidia removes any chance of problems rising

Also maybe consider a larger hard disk, and perhaps a AIO cooling uniy

The 5700XT is a shitshow for some, I had some problems with mine but it has been ironed out months ago, sadly I'm a minority and everyone still has huge down clock issues with that card. 3950X is a monster with the amount of cores so I'd say swap the CPU for a 3900X instead, has plenty of cores and will last you long enough. Intel will bring you a few more frames (and security vulnerabilities) for much more money and that's about it. RTX 2080Ti is the best you can get atm for the rich consumer so go for it.

I built my PC about 3 weeks ago and I got a ryzen 9 3900x, personally I think the 3950x is very overkill. Depends what you're going to do with it

AFAIK Intel is best if you want to focus on one single program that takes a lot of power. If you're gonna be streaming or doing some other shit while playing as well, then AMD is the better choice. I suggest you read on the pros and cons and choose what fits you best.
AMD also killed it last year with Ryzen and Intel was slacking a little bit.
