Just after Joe and his brother Connor left Evo City they decided to go separate ways, Connor found the criminal life while his brother Joe decided to enforce the law following the "just" path. After a couple of years Joe had decided he need a thicker wallet and decided to join his brother. After a few years his brother Connor sadly passed away due to the corrupt government, Joe then met Thomas and Richard and dedicated his life to avenging his brother and opposing the corrupted government. He asked Thomas and Richard to aid him, they both didn't hesitate to join there blood brothers crusade to defeat the government. On their journeys he met Gary Butcher. They came to an agreement and started The Butcher Family
