This organisation looks a lot like the Arnolds, pt. 2.
Orgs just aren't original anymore. It's always a generic mafia structure with some... Let's say "disliked" person as an underboss, and then the org eventually has to fight La Cosa Nostra and disbands to avoid the wreckage their org will end up as if they continue with the war
