Secondly remove the TFU-section of the PLPD and allow anyone who has VIP to become a SWAT-officer, like in the old days.
As to avoid completely newborn sweaters to go SWAT instantly you could put a required timed played of say 10h before you could join SWAT.
This gives people an extra insentive to donate and will remove TFU patrolling with full assault gear on which was never the intention that they would do when first implemented.

Or make it only for corporals+ without application if you want to keep some of the grinding and reward aspect

I belive that the developers made this system so its harder for criminals because the only cops we have does have knowledge of laws etc. Maybe there were noob or idiot officers back in not whitelist times and then it was much easier for criminals. If we remove the whitelist it could cause that the criminals become stronger then with the ability to make a zerg org is even worser having.

We should remove the whitelist system like everyone says but also make some org limit so not everyone can be in the same org and we would have some actual beef and people try to become famous and strong. Whatever

Just lets try to do something if someone would make a suggestion and alot of people agree the Developers might change it. Since over half of community agress to a point
