I have seen way too many times where people break the rules... not in just a simple 'i made a mistake'. more like they KNOW they are breaking the rules but they are friends on steam with admins.......
and they know YOU will be banned for reporting them... even though they broke the rules and not you. its crazy how you can report a guy for killing you for no reason. then the same guy raids you while your trying to respawn, and in that time your friends called the police to help...... the 'admins' are task force police talking shit to you with the guy who killed you and his other friends.... you get banned for "not putting your hands up" when they literally destroyed your car with a bomb killed you twice and laughed in the f6 at you when u just tried to play by the rules and get banned plus bullied by the admin and his friends

how am i supposed to dispute it when i made an f6 of the guy rdming me and had video proof that i sent and the admin told me to basically fuck myself while THE ADMIN was raiding me then banned me

If you feel like a staff member is not doing their job correctly, you are free to make a staff complaint on the forums (they do get handled well and professionally but don't expect a staff member to be immediately demoted over a single complaint if accepted) also they are private so only admin+ can see the complaints and deal with them.

sorry to say but you breaking the rules has nothing to do with the server dying

I've got to say from my point of view, I'm new to the server and all of my interactions with the admins have been good. At one point I thought I was RDMed, staff took the claim and explained to me why it wasn't RDM, making it clear to me why I had been killed and helping clear up confusion. There were other cases where staff explained to me unknown concepts, and despite me breaking minor rules, they'd take the time to explain it to me and clear it up, instead of attempting to ban me or discipline please.

As a new player I've seen no nepotism over the past week or so, and staff have been nothing but supportive, along with the rest of the community.

I AGREE with krypticxchronic. The amount of bans happening due to negligible rulebreaks are horrendous. I think the staff team should be reformed to get back OUR PerpHeads, an awesome gaming community.

Many people get banned daily and the server still proceeds to hit 128 players and growing.
Perpheads will die at some point but it won't for the next few years.

Your reply doesn't make any sense. You are complaining about people breaking the rules and not being punished, yet you broke them and got caught then punished for it. Instead of complaining here and saying that the server will die, make a staff complaint on the staff member that handled your report and it will be handled by an administrator+. The player and the staff member will be punished for their actions if the staff complaint gets accepted.

For your ban, make a dispute if you believe you didn't break the rules. From what you said in the thread, you admit to breaking the rules and used the excuse that they bombed you, killing you twice. Just make an apology instead of disputing it imo.
