Topic: Money paid by citizens in tickets go to the City Funds

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

Really simply idea that you would assume is already added, but its not. Money paid in tickets just seems to go, and with the new ticket prices this could be a good source of income for the city. Just meaning that paying tickets actually does something.

I was about to make a suggestion like this as we just discussed it on the server

I feel like it should be added as right now the tickets don't contribute ( To my knowledge ) to the funds.

This should already happen, based on what I remember of setting it up for allowing custom ticket prices.

However as there are now more cops and such with higher paychecks, I don't know if Fredy did anything that may help the city retain the funds it receives. So it may go there already but gets used up quickly.
