Suggestion Title: Tooter news anchor
Suggestion Description: To incentivize more tooter activtiy, an NPC style of news coverage will be done akin to how the NPCs on the server message you lines when you rp with them.

When a bank robbery happens, a post by a account called Paralake News (PLN) will announce coverage of the bank robbery happening by simply saying "Breaking News! XQ Bank has been infiltrated by what appears to be armed individual(s), stay tuned on what happens next!"

The news anchor will only give information that is basic like "The bank robbery is over! the suspects seem to have fled and the money is lost." or "The bank robbery is over! the suspects are in custody or down." to signal to the public that it is not 3.4 to enter that area anymore.

Or when someone gets arrested mentioning their fine and time.

If the criminal is arrested for a crime for 6 years or more, 5 minutes in the news can cover the story to avoid giving free 10-toes. The news coverage will plug in the reason by relying on the info provided by the checkboxes checked by the officer as well as the time / fine given.

All this and more can be done along with some random yapping about some rp ideas for scenarios so that it's always seemingly fresh news about daily civilian activity or events but in reality its just a random pick from a big pile of lines to keep up the activity of tooter.

Upon a toot being made by PLN, the phone will show a +1 or ping. I personally would say it's better if it pings for everyone by default but if they wish they can mute it so that it isn't annoying but still alerts them of the new feature along with bringing together people for a discussion online.

Edit: the person who’s arrested will have their story covered after release giving 0 time to break them out via abusing the tooter PLN app.

Why should this be added?:
- Gives a roleplay way of knowing about what's going on in the city without being abusable
- Nurtures more roleplay amidst all the sweaty raids going on daily
- helps revive Tooter

What negatives could this have?:
- Maybe it can get annoying if it pings you by default and that's why people can turn it off if they want.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People break 3.4 to check if the robbery is over all the time and the "ACHTUNG" helps but if they can be pinged to check tooter to know before entering that can help too.

By knowing about arrests, ongoing bank robbery or the status of it being finished in what way etc... the playerbase can socialize a lot more and enjoy roleplay more. Without it, people can find it problematic to connect and feel obligated to be at bazaar if they really want to put themselves out there.

Personally this will just allow indiviuals who are no longer involved in the bank robbery, or had not been involved to get free confirmation that their friends might be in custody and basically allows them to simply wait at PD with weapons to insta break them out, its not like its difficult to notice when a bank robbery is taking place, and there are multiple measures in place to ensure that civillians do not need to go into the city during these times(Valet)

Regarding the arrest notification, this would still be basically free confirmation without any actual investigation work, criminals could just get concealables and look on tooter, in order to watch for the arrest notification, once it goes live, the individuals could instantly KOS PD and jailbreak quite easily.

Somebody dies in a bank raid, they raid and respawn 5 minutes later ( check tooter). They then camp pd waiting for their friend to yell 10 toes.

You notice how logically speaking that point makes no sense. Someone will camp pd either way.

Not to mention, They can call their friend after respawn to instantly know if they’re still alive as well and go off of that.

in the same quote you replied to I said there should be delay to give the crims no time to prepare or capitalize on it. That said If a guy gets arrested 5 minutes in ok I get why that seeems ineffective, considering that now the delay on covering the arrest should be after the person is released.
