What is your weird obsession with cooler master? That they make the cringiest shit out there which is just full of rgb but sucks in every other regard? Come on dude.
If you want air cooling, then noctua is the best.
If you want water cooling (much more expensive), then the NZXT Kraken Z63 is basically the best.

switch motherboard to an asus rog maximus xii apex, switch ram for g skill trident z royal 4000mhz cl15, get a different cooler. And like Fredy said buy the H500M (mesh version)

I got these, although I have 4 x 8gb, they're nice, work well and the lighting system on them are supreme.

it's actually a good idea, SSD's are much faster than a HDD, especially for games which actually require one. So if you can afford one, go for it!
