Unable to watch other peoples demos/launch Paralake_v3 in singleplayer

Hey there, since V3 I am unable to review the demo's of other people (Not even singleplayer loads, I am able to watch my own demos though for some reason? Very weird). Since it's my week in action requests aswell this is a bit troublesome for me so getting this fixed ASAP would be nice.
Yes, I already have all the map and PERPHeads content subscribed on the workshop, I will have to see if redownloading the content pack helps. Thanks in advance!

(Apparently this has something to do with decals being missplaced on moving entity's like buttons, elevators, etc)

It says that its loading v2 instead of v3, that might be the problem?

Just to make sure, are those demos that you have tried to load from before the map update. If so, try one that has been made after the update.

Go to your gmod folder than>addons delete all addons. Than unsubscribe to all workshop. Than rejoin perp. And than load demo.
