Server Suggestion V6 playtest server before release

Suggestion Title: V6 playtest server before release
Suggestion Description: Have a VIP-accessible fuckaround server before the launch of V6, so we can playtest the map. This server should only follow basic conduct rules and other rules like cheating.

We should be allowed to spawn cars on this map to test vehicles and how they'd react to this.

This would be for actively subscribed donators to test the map out with this sole purpose in mind, and As such:
- Inventories wouldn't save
- RP Rules wouldn't be in place
- Demos shouldn't be forced on.

Why should this be added?:
- Fun
- Actually functional for map playtesting.
- Probably wouldnt be strainuous or difficult to implement

What negatives could this have?:
- Might draw players from the main server for the few days this would be open for.
