Suggestion Title: Voice Activity
Suggestion Description: Allow players to press a button that keeps +voicerecord on as if they're using voice activity or otherwise add this feature.

Why should this be added?:
- Some players might prefer not having to keep their X button pressed
- Players can freely choose how they transmit their voice chat
- More comfort and quality of life

What negatives could this have?:
- bad mics are more heard when they turn this option on
- Possibly limited by gmod.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Players who prefer voice activity or toggling their audio are not able to do so because their only option currently is push to talk.

Would be a cool feature but would ultimately be used incorrectly, such as making it easier for people to spam voice boards, people with poor microphones spamming more than they already do and a lot of background noises will be heard.

I've been playing PERP like this since 2014. You don't need a server feature exclusively for something that can be done easily with aliases.
Before you say "but you made the crosshair script, that can also be easily done! why do you want that added?" no, that's way harder to achieve than a simple voice toggle.

alias voicetoggle "voicetoggleon"
alias voicetoggleon "+voicerecord; alias voicetoggle voicetoggleoff"
alias voicetoggleoff "-voicerecord; alias voicetoggle voicetoggleon"
bind "v" "voicetoggle"

get chatgpt to make a script that holds your button based on a voice activity threshold PRESUMING that staff are ok with this considering the harmlessness to it

reminds me of how opposed people were to crosshairs and now every sweat uses them.

I just feel like people shouldn't depend on scripts or clunky console commands when the fix is apparently so easy.
