@Steve Phromkraft is most of the time pleasant to rp with and doesn't always resort to a shootout instantly when going against criminal organisations. I think more of this type of roleplay needs to happen where deals can be made between the police and large criminal groups. It lets people be on a black screen less and lets the police be spread out more.
