Suggestion Title: Wanted person Bank Freeze
Suggestion Description: When a player has an arrest warrant (not Wanted for questioning) to "freeze" their bank account.
This will limit their abilities & movement and requires them to carry cash adding additional risk for them.
With this it will be more beneficial for them to turn themselves in so they are able to "Freely move again" without the restrictions.
With some limitations in place for people with a frozen bank account they have to go around asking friends to take out money/equipment that they can borrow if they would like to stay on the run.
For example the account freeze could limit the following things :
- Refueling Vehicles (I believe they only take bank, otherwise have it check if they have enough money in pocket)
- Interacting with ATMs
- Transferring money through the phone app.
- Prevents earning their paycheck (which then would be beneficial for the city funds)
Will not restrict the following :
- Automatic payments for properties (It would be too overpowered if freezing their bank would result in an eviction notice)
Why should this be added?:
- More reason for wanted players to turn themselves in peacefully.
- Easier negotiating terms from cops to wanted players to turn themselves in.
What negatives could this have?:
- None
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Less useless shootouts and people actually having a benefit of turning themselves in.
