Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5 - User killed 2 people during a raid who were unarmed, and didn't give them a chance to surrender

Why should this appeal be considered?: I want to just explain what really happened since the warning doesn’t state it . I walked up to suburbs 11 and saw 2 people coming out of the garage , we had already planned to raid these people . Once they were getting in the car me and 3 others hopped out with guns and I told them to put their hands up and attempted to put zip ties on one but they got it into the car , but since I was in whisper mode they couldn’t hear me , once they both got in the car and started to drive off I killed them both , after this happened I talked to them and realized they couldn’t hear me , I explained to them what happened and they accepted my apology. I’m not expecting a removal of the warn since I was in the wrong , but just in case in the future if I apply for any roles as helper for example I would just like people to understand that this was just a mishap on my hand and I’m not a minge . My bad to the 2 people I killed aswell .

You can't appeal a warning (other than to dispute) sadly, however I'd say don't worry about it for future if you do decide to apply for any roles such as Helper - as long as it's not recent as defined under the Helper requirements it won't be taken into consideration. Mistakes happen and it's not gonna put you in any worse standing as long as it remains the single incident.

And trust me - from experience, people aren't gonna look at you any different from a single warning. Just do your best to be careful in future so something like this doesn't happen again.

This is a great apology, and we appreciate you taking the time to write this, explain the situation and admit that you were at fault.

As stated above by @Sorle , you cannot appeal warnings. Warnings are simply written acknowledgements that rules have been broken by that user and bear no consequences beyond applying for staff positions.

If we could accept this we probably would though, but it is what it is.
