Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4: Did not follow instructions under gunpoint as an Officer.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I was placing someone in my car assuming they were being charged with 9.2, and an officer beside me was gunned down after the person was placed in the car, I then began to run and make a callout, it wasn't until then I heard what he was saying and I crouched down trying to clear my hands but I was in a panic and I was still being shot at so I thought he was just trying to kell me at that point so I began to run again assuming he was trying to gun me down.
