Punishment Type: Warning
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Draxen
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Not Applicable
Your Steam Name: Dahweeble
Your Roleplay Name: Leonardo Snow
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:441719778
Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User ran over an officer over a minor sentence.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I never meant to hit the officer, I corrected my car by a click of a button and he full on strafes in front of my car. I don't think it was too reckless as I wasn't trying to stay on the wrong side of the road, I just wanted to do a U turn. I always try to drive as safely as possible for everyone in traffic, but here I could have gotten away as he didn't have a gun in his hand until it was too late.
Additional Information: The officer did not have a gun in his hand until about 1 second before impact which is why I thought I might as well try to get away. It was a chop shop car so of course I wanted to damage the vehicle as little as possible. As this is a chop shop car I'm also not familiar with the car that was used, I didn't know the handling and drifting well enough to compensate perfectly to navigate around the officer.
