Why should this appeal be considered?: I believed I followed 3.6 as I knew for a fact that the person the other person was attempting to break out was wanted for 9.2 and his friend knew there were only 2 people on duty and that if they killed us they would have gotten away free as you can see in the video before his gun was raised i managed to break the line of sight and pull out my firearm

when his gun was raised i was around the corner from what i can see on the video how ever it could be the weird angle

He was already pointing his gun at you when you decided to pull your own. You should have considered the possibility that he was trying to gunpoint you, seeing as that posed a significantly smaller risk to him.
