Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.5 - User as an officer died in a PD raid, upon respawning the user got reinvolved despite still having NLR killing the raider.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I feel as this warning was not investigated properly. I had re-spawned at city hall after the raid I hear shots come from the garage of PD, knowing I cannot enter I look and then speak to a man whom has a stand outside of the city hall for the soon mayor election.
This man says that someone is their behind me and to ''get him'' I turn around and see No name tag just a sweater, running at me gun in hand. My first instinct was to grab my gun, and so I did, Then he had got close enough for me to see his name-tag. Both of us were in a spur of the moment thing, and it was yesterday I do not remember the situation perfectly. I would ask you request to see his demo in the case we did exchange shots cause I think we did but I may be wrong. But in this I will say we have as that is what I think. I believe I aimed my gun at him he look and shot me as well and we exchanged shots, this would mean that he had attempted to kill me. It wasn't mean to be an act of 3.5 (I dont get the 2.5 AT ALL) but I was valuing my life, so I shot back winning the gunfight.

After thorough review of your point of view as well as the person who was shot, we have concluded that you did in fact break the rules. Just after respawning you sprinted towards the PD Parking Lot, where shots were still being fired, and engaged with someone who was, very evidently, a part of that raid. That person did not gun-point you at any moment, and the whole interaction could have been avoided if you had just not ran towards an incident in which you had died and that was very much still ongoing without any due verification of its status on your end and with your NLR timer still active.

Since you state that you do not understand how you broke Rule "2.5 Excessive Negativity", we also wanted to explain it to you. Your blatant breach of NLR resulted in a raider who was otherwise winning a shootout to be killed and had his experience severely affected by it. Given this, we understand that rule to have also been violated.
