Why were you punished?: because i killed a man who was mugging someone and i didnt know that they were mugging them and they also had a fire arm in there hand but i could not see it because we were in a DARK room
Why should this appeal be considered?: Because when your in a dark room you tend to not see shit and the mod that was handling the situation said that before i mugged this dude in the dark i should have done a 360 around him to make sure he wasnt armed at the time, that is just completely stupid asf and ruins that hole point on doing a mug because your supposed to be kinda sneaky and not seen before you do it. and he also said something about me getting into trouble for mugging someone who was mugging another person i believe and like how am i supposed to know i didnt know that anyone was for sure in there im fucking new to this server (Kinda)
Additional Information: I understand that the rules may have technically been broken, but there was no intent to ignore or bypass server rules. The situation resulted from what I could and could not reasonably see during the roleplay interaction. I respectfully ask that this be taken into consideration and that my ban be reviewed. and i feel like the mod didnt care for what i had to say and he wouldnt bother to reason with me he was just talking about warning me and banning me. i admit i talked shit but thats whatever. i also find it pretty weird that he warns me even tho there wasnt a clip and that he was for some reason watching this happen as it happen (BS)
