Short explanation (in notes):
- A person can go to a app on their phone or such, and the Lieutenant has to write out their warrant - Which after a few IG days - They can review it [ Or after they get arrested ]

How about; whole LEOs would have it in their phone like "PLPD Database" app and only Supervisors would be able to change or edit, officers would be able to only view that.

That would be good, if not too excessive.
