What impact does it actually have? Any decently sized org can ignore prop limit in their base anyway... It just punishes solos/small groups who want to run a nice-looking shop as well as base

Prop extensions primary purposes are:
• Passive Roleplay
• Large-scale construction
Criminal activities do not require these perks, which is why it's prevented from drug use with the prop-extension applied.
If drug growers are allowed extended prop access, then everyone on the server would be requesting it, which just makes the prop limit pointless, and also decreases server performance
