Will this PC be able to run GTAV at at least 20fps?

Intel core i5 2300 at 2.80Hz, Nvidia GeForce GT 545, 6GB ram
I want to buy GTAV badly and by minimum requirements I see that my hardware is better than enough. But I don't know if it would be enough to run it on medium/medium-high.

GTA V is extremely well optimized, so I wouldn't be surprised if you could run it just fine, honestly. My setup is slightly better, and I run it just fine when maxed (even with an ENB and tons of other mods). And if medium wouldn't work, then I am almost certain that it would do fine at low.

Would always suggest to increase RAM to 8 GB minimum. Currently got 12 GB myself, and it's great.

i launched GTA V on intel i5 2450m and geforce gt 630m and 4gb ram , and its playable 100%
