@Cree Has been an absolutely exceptional Dispatcher. Often when a dispatcher has gotten on it I usually see it met with a lot of complaints or gruff because of how they tend to run, but Cree has been marvelous, keeping our incident reports consistently under 5 (assuming no mass Life Alerts come in, and both accurately and informatively conveys information to PD, EMS, and FD, even giving great standby locations for EMS and FD as to stay compliant with 3.4.
During their time they had gotten multiple verbal commendations from Officers who had appreciated their work and the ability to stay on top of things even with 3 simultaneous incidents is impressive. Truly a marvelous player and I look forward to hearing about their promotion to full dispatcher which I have no doubt they will get!
