Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was walking towards them while I had my gun directly pointed at them and shouting orders at them then they decide to pull their Assault Rifle ending in their death. 3.4. ( You might not be able to hear me, but you can see the microphone button whilst I have my gun pointed at him walking towards him. )

Doesn't matter if I won you broke the rules, you saw me running towards you and you looked right and you pulled your gun. The admins can decide either or not that this gets accepted

I know the PO is in the wrong by being in the shootout in the first place, but I don't think you would've sprayed us both down, however yes I do admit I do have more of an advantage then.
