This is most likely very unexpected as he just shoutbox banned me and I disputed it, but I was in a sit with him a few moments ago and saw a side i have never seen before, Xhantium dealt with it wonderfully and exactly in the way i'd expect a staff member to, he even offered to give up more of his time to help the person in the sit with his situation in teamspeak, this situation was not report-related and completely OOC, the player had some sort of OOC issue making him want to leave the server and Xhantium offered to speak to him on teamspeak and possibly help him resolve the issues making him want to leave.
