Suggestion Title: Ziptie improvement
Suggestion Description: While a person is zip tied you can gag, blindfold or attach them to a surface.

Why should this be added?:
- helpful in dealing with people
- forces /Me-s to be actionable instead of just roleplay
- fixes fail rp situations where players may not follow

What negatives could this have?:
- nothing I can think of?

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Non compliance.

+1 Had many people not comply despite surrendering so they don't lose their items/drugs. And the gagging / blindfolding is a great idea too, despite /me being a thing, some people are new or just don't comply to it.
