Here is the M4A1 with the SCAR-L's fire rate and vice versa. You'll note that the M4A1 is much more controllable like this, so with the other changes made to firearms since their initial release, we may need to look at balancing some factors with them too.

For the sake of transparency, here is me trying the M4 with its current normal fire rate. It is far worse in so many ways.

On 1% sales tax, fully kitted (red dot, comp) m4 is $20,220 and scar is $19,947 so the price difference for these two guns particularly aren't much of concern as it's only a very small margin. I think it would be a good starting point to unify them at least then tweak them accordingly to how it is valued, it would be more refined to some extents where its applicable.

@Clarky I don't necessarily mean price difference between these (though it still favors the SCAR), but some other ones which share calibers, amongst their group may have a large price disparity, in which case it gets a bit tricky. I will need to pour over the numbers and see what can be done in some cases I guess.
