What is the LBA ?

The LBA, or Legitimate Business Association, is a pact established by multiple organisations that reside in Paralake. The LBA unites these organisations under one body to fight for a common vision.

How does my organisation gain entry to the LBA?

LBA is not an exclusive club. Everyone with a recognized organization have a fair chance of joining the LBA.

• Must have been operational for 1 weeks or over.
• Must have at least 5 members.
• Must be somewhat known within Paralake City.
• Must adhere to the LBA's articles before applying for membership.

If you believe your organisation meets all of these points, you could be eligible for membership within the LBA.

Structure:

The LBA follows a structure of command. However your position within the LBA is not determined by your position in your organisation.

Councilman: The Councilman's job is to ensure the LBA runs smoothly, the Councilman can be seen as an overseer that manages the member positions and Chairmen.

Chairmen: The Chairmens jobs is to vote on the subjects and matter brought before them. The Chairmen therefore ultimately run the LBA, deciding on its motives and regulations.

Member: A member of the LBA. The Members can put forward their services or subjects for which the Chairmen can vote for.

Articles

Article 1: The act of mugging within the LBA is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by a chairman of the LBA

Article 2: No member of the LBA is allowed to cooperate with Law Enforcement in any sort of way which could incriminate other members.

Article 3: It is strictly prohibited to harm new citizens intentionally, unless authorized by a chairman of the LBA.

Any breach of an article will result in complete exclusion from any organization who is a member of the LBA.

How is that not a big organisation? you are agreeing to protect each other thusfore you will not raid each other. The staff team disbanded orgs just because there was too many people which created no competition and killed the server. So what makes you different? You waved your admin wand?

The members of the LBA (And their organisations) must do everything in their power to ensure the safety of every member of the LBA.

I have changed article 2. What was simply meant by it was that LBA Members were are allowed to rat or cooperate with the PLPD. The intention of LBA is to encourage 'legimate' organizations to 'compete' with each under one body that represents that side of Paralake. LBA will be open for anyone who wants to join.
