Why should this player be punished?: i am raiding him and i have him at gunpoint. he then runs behind a piano and brings his weapon out and shoots me. keep in mind when i had him at gunpoint he never had a weapon out. he didnt bring it out until he was behind the piano.

Here is the series of events as shown in your demo:
Lockpick -> Enter Building, ZuHo is unarmed -> Pull out your gun and speak -> ZuHo pulls his and goes for cover -> You then point your gun

ZuHo did not break gunpoint as you never gunpointed him in the first place, your gun was not pointed at him before he pulled his own out
