Drug dealer bonus cash org unlock (Leak from highest level org) (lvl 48)

I'm not sure if anyone has an org high enough to even view this perk, but just thought I would throw out there is apparently an unlock for drug dealer giving extra money to you if you are in an org high enough level! Aldi Sud is the highest org level I believe and I have not seen anyone talk about this so I thought I would post about it.
