Suburbs House 1 , 2 or 3

Slums, close to PD and only one point of entry to defend. Downside is that by the time police arrive, you are probably dead.
You can also stealth base in a wood cabins, no defenses at all and just sit in the bathroom. Forest growing is also pretty nice if you know what spots and tools you need

I seen someone stealth base in Hicktown trailers before have the front door locked and inside door open and hide in the corner. It caught me off guard and he almost killed me when I was playing crim. I've yet to try it myself
