As you can probably tell, I think my computer is fucked.

To start, my specs are as follows;

Before anyone comes along and says 'JUST GET A PC', i have a laptop for a reason!
Suck your mother.

I have had the laptop for around 3 months with little to no problems, however, the past few days things have turned sour.

Every single game I play crashes. The crashes are usually around 5 mins into the game and result in a black screen then return to the application not responding. I have had one instance of the blue screen of sadness which restarted and was gone. I have to close the application and everything is simply unplayable.

I have played around and discovered that the reason for the crashes is the GPU

The description for Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video5
Error occurred on GPUID: 100

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

Essentially, my PC thinks the GPU has disconnected.

I have tried multiple things including backdating my GPU drivers, full clean install etc.

As its a laptop am i doomed or is there more i can do?

Take the back off and see how dusty it is, give it a clean out and try again

Seems pretty clean?

Clean out the fans, while not terrible it's not ideal, if it doesn't help and it isn't a thermal issue you're probably screwed unless you can send it off
If portability is an issue and you're not using it for school or w/e might be worth investing in a mini itx pc build

also i hope those are not your bedsheets grandma

If you still have insurance on it, return it/send it off to your local sweatshop and see if they have any clue, or, optionally, spend more time than you probably should scrolling through reddit posts of people having the same/similar issues.
