Brief description of idea:

Add the following things to the Police computer:
- TFU call up (gear up and respond)
- TFU pre call up (gear up and await response)

How it should work:

- Using the right click function on the map, new options for “TFU pre callup“ and “TFU call up”.
- Upon activating this, the relevant automatic incident will display, and it will assign all TFU whitelisted unassigned officers to it.

The automatic messages should read similarly to such:
- TFU pre call up:
”Potential High risk inciden at (location) in the (district): please gear up into TFU gear and prepare for further instructions“
- TFU call up:
”Tactical Firearms Officers required for urgent deployment at (location) in the (district) More details will follow, respond code 3”.

What benefits would this idea have for the department:

- Quick, easy and automated message to buy time for Police responses.
- Wouldn’t be impossible to implement.
- Allows dispatch to call TFU quickly and cleanly.
What potential negatives could this have for the department:

- Takes a part out of dispatchers required skillset which might not be enjoyable for dispatch players Who do so for the challenge.

Other additions:
This is one of my few dispatch suggestions!

you could also add this to the quick incident menu on the police computer in case an officer needs tfu assistance
Let's be fair, when you need TFU assistance, you won't really go to your police computer

No they just scream it down the radio until you respond. However this would benefit dispatch significantly in getting TFU that may not be in gear to gear up as respond.

You know what I'd really like as I play dispatch a lot.

When right clicking the map, instead of clicking "create incident" and then having to fill all of the information on the incident and then assigning units, have a pre-set available to me; so I could right click and then it gives me options, so let's say Slums 4 is warranted;

I right click slums on the dispatch map, I select "WANTED PROPERTY" and as soon as I select that it pops up "CODE 37 Subject/Property wanted" - I can then just confirm on radio, attach units and add Slums 4 to information.

Or let's say there's shots at Bazaar, I right click on the location on dispatch map where the shots are and select "SHOTS FIRED" and it automatically creates the incident 10-71 SHOOTING and then I attach units, without the need to create all the information on the incident.

In general the way you assign units is a bit counterintuitive to me. You should be able to assign units to incidents or incidents to units by clicking on either first. Especially, when there's a lot of life alerts.

It would be nice if it were easier to assign units or just create incidents faster.

Something like this?

+1 great idea. Anything to help make creating incidents quicker and clearer will always get my vote haha. I never understood why dispatchers can't create quick incidents on the map like cops are able to from their police computer. Having to type the majority out is near impossible if it's a busy time.
