Why were you punished?: For killing a cop at the baazar

( Ellie - 3.4 - User killed an officer for no other reason than he was cuffing his friend for ramming cars. Was notified about the report but he didn't respond until I said I was going to issue him a ban.)

Why should this appeal be considered?: I killed the cop at the baazar because he was arresting my friend, then i got away with someone else and was hiding from the cops who were chasing us and therefore didnt notice a report ticket was made. Then about 10 minutes after the ticket was made, the mod sent another message in there and i then noticed it. I replied immediately after and told them why i killed the cop, but they just said "too late" and banned me, ignoring my reasoning. I dont think i was given a good chance to give reasoning for why i killed the cop, because due to the situation i was in (literally in a police chase and running from the cops) i just didnt notice that ellie created a report ticket. And even when i did reply, they just said "too late", even though of course they hadnt even banned me yet so it wasnt "too late".

You didnt notify me several times. Look at the clip i attached, you opened the ticket, sent one message, then sent another telling me i was getting banned. So you gave me one chance to reply. And im appealing because I dont think i deserved to be banned, I dont know what I did wrong.

I didnt kill the cop to save myself, i killed him to save my friend who was being arrested, i didnt know if it would be a major or minor sentence and wreckless driving can be 3 years anyway. How is that minor?

And anyways, regardless of me killing the cop, its unfair that ellie banned me without giving me a proper chance to respond in the ticket. I had literally no idea that it had been made and she definitely didnt notify me about it "several times" and banned me even after i replied, even being sassy saying "too late" after

How would I know if the sentence will be over 7+ years, it was wreckless driving, vandalism and endangering citizens and officers. Some cops might give 3 years for it and some might give 8, depending on how they view it.

So endangering a police officer isnt a bad enough crime? Can i only save my friend from getting arrested if hes mass murdered 10 cops? I dont understand how im supposed to know how much time hes gonna get for what he did

As for the validity of the ban,
You killed an officer without a valid reason to do so. As you said yourself, your friend simply hit a vehicle with his van which is nowhere near a 7+ year sentence for your friend. Being oblivious to the rule is not an excuse not to follow it and as such, the ban is completely valid.

Do keep in mind that you were in fact notified multiple times by the staff member about the report and were actively moving around at the time.
