Why should this appeal be considered?: The original officer that approached me told me i had been discharging my firearm ( which I had not) and placed us in cuffs and refused to get a supervisor.
As far as i can remember (as this was two weeks ago) when questioning officers i was told that i had apparently been shooting my weapon at people and therefore that is why i was cuffed.

This to me meant that i was going to be arrested for 9.2 (8years in jail) which warranted a 10 toes call which is why i yelled it as i was told i was going to be arrested for a crime that resulted in a 8 year sentence. My friend then broke me out of cuffs which resulted in the gunfire.

If we could get a demo or clip as i dont have one we can see which officer tole me that i had being firing my weapon at people .
I do not believe i have done anything wrong as the officer i questioned said that i was going to be arrested for discharging my firearm at people therefore that would be classed as 9.2 and would be a reasonable reason to yell 10 toes
I'm also not sure why i was not questioned on my actions and a random ban has been brought about 2 weeks after the original incident

If my demo is needed for this incident i can try and get it as i dont delete my demos and we can see what was said by that officer

Basically i was put under arrest for illegal use of a firearm but an officer had mentioned that i had fired at someone which would mean a 9.2 charge

Additional Information: Code 3 means i am under arrest , and i then put my hands up in the air

As I am the staff member who banned you, I will not be dealing with this, but allow me to add some context. The exact thing the officer said to you was that you were under arrest for "illegal use of a firearm". There are many ways to illegally use a firearm, including posession and discharge. The latter of the 2 is only a ticketable offence. At no point were you told you shot the gun, least of all that you shot a person with it

i dont have a clip personally but i have a bunch of clips in my discord form the day , there was multiple moments where iwas to the side alone talking with others officers and it could of been one of them , in the clip i watched i also saw one of my org members kill 2 officers when i couldn't see myself yell 10 toes , i then went inside and shot my firearm after the officers had killed a org member , i dont know what clips have been used and what clips may be useful

No, why would it? If you see cops breaking the rules, you report it, you don't break the rules yourself. I'm confused about what situation you're talking about when you claim cops tried to kill your friend for no valid reason. You need to provide evidence to support your claims if you want this dispute to be handled.

So you called 10 toes because an officer hit your friend with a night stick for failing to comply? One his means you have the right to execute a police officer? I'm confused on how this whole thing started because you're not providing any evidence that shows how this started, who accused you of a crime worth longer than 7 years.

Just do the best with the clip from your demo as we only need to hear what the cop is saying to confirm that he was going to arrest you for 9.2
