Suggestion Topic: 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk
Suggestion Description: Not using the roundabout properly result in breaking rule ,3.4,3.15 since it is unrealistic to use it the wrong way, causes vehilce damage when someone is using the roundabout the right way, and you put urself in unnessary risk. Make it like the intersection before, if you dont have a valid reason it will result in breaking the rules/laws.

Why should this be added?:
- less car tiers on the roundaboud
Roundabout getting used like it supposed to be

What negatives could this have?:
- delay for cops to respond to tidals/business sector

Is this intended for people just going A to B or including people in a police chase aswell?

Approaching the roundabouts, even in this villainous nature, naturally slows the movement of the vehicle down to the point that it is generally not a threat to anyone's life, but merely the vehicle's integrity. This usually falls under 3.15 Driving and Damaging Vehicles if it causes an issue without a proper reason, and doing it without any reason in order to bait police is already grounds for 3.4 if proven to be the case.
I don't think this action generally risks a player’s life, well-being or freedom from imprisonment, and shouldn't fall under 3.4 unless there are other circumstances which are already covered under 3.4.

ur straight capping ive tiered my cars about 6 times due to minis going the wrong way

if not drift why drift shaped?

I will hard downvote, the last thing we need is stricter rules hindering roleplay.

Ah yes, the roleplay of purposely driving the wrong side of the roundabout to cause a collision and angrily scream at eachother.

To be fair, it's already being enforced under 3.15
3.15 no longer covers this, only when driving on the highway and the exception when it comes to ramming cars out of parking spots unless I'm missing something.

Really? @Tarone Idrin (mohammed) was warned for this on the 30th of July: 3.15 - User reversed and went the wrong way in a roundabout, causing a collision.

Which makes sense because 3.15 says
Players must always drive on the correct side of the highway. Vehicles - stolen or otherwise - must be driven to the best of a player’s ability so as to avoid collisions. There may be valid reasons not to do so, where the benefits outweigh the risks.

If it was stolen then this is true, this is what the rule covers. However if it's your personal vehicle then no, unless the "otherwise" states something else?
This is something else that should be changed IMO I'll ask in Discord.
