I don't know the rules of perp what so ever. When i first joined i didn't even bother reading the rules at all -- got perma banned

Last week i got unbanned, i came on the server and guessed about the rules. I got banned again b/c not knowing rules. I then continued to flame the forums and shoutbox till i got buttfucked by rep.
