Why were you punished?: 2.5 - The player attempted to mug people that were driving their car in the forest, though as soon as they stopped the car and saw the occupants exit the car and pull out their weapons he opened fire on them.

So me and my friend Brian Hickman were driving in the forest looking for people to mug. We then see yellow land rover and we attempts to cut it off. After we did that satella pulls her weapon out going towards us (already there i was fearing my life) i then quickly jump out, equips my weapon and when i see satella starting to point her weapon at me i shoot her. After that her friend Sarah kyle pull her weapon out so i shoot her aswell. And as for david peach he jumps out and out off instinct i lock on to him and start shooting then i stop and tell him to put his hands up for a second because i realise he does not have a weapon in his hand and then i proceed to fire again because he pulls out a weapon.

Right. So. For Satella. On your POV, you shoot her at almost the same time as her gun being visibly raised, making us believe you did not realise this before actually opening fire on her, this initiated the 2.5 case. Then when you fired at Sarah, we had to slow the clip down properly to see her take the weapon out, we also again do not believe you saw this at the time and realised this quick enough to actually shoot her for that reason. Then for David Peach you shoot at him as soon as he exits the car, then pause, and then shoot after realising he has a gun out and runs off.
My comment to the first part with satella: I shot her because she pointed at me with her weapon
My comment to second part with sarah kyle: I shot her because she pulled out her weapon after i had just shot her friend Satella. Daan explains that "We have a ground rule for people having guns in passive, which is that you ignore each other as its not worth the risk to gunpoint them, and shooting them is 2.5 anyway." I legit had just killed her friend and when she pulls out her weapon i ofc shoot her. If she had no intentions of using the gun she should not have pulled it out.
My comment to the third part with david peach: I shot at him out of instincs, stopped, and then shot again. I did not hit him first time so i know it would have been 2.5 if i hit him, but i did not.
You explain that i shoot satella when her gun was in passive, that is wrong if you slow the clip down you can clearly see i start shooting when her gun is pointed. I also want to add (don't know if it is true because i wasn't allowed to see the clip) that in my clip you can hear Satella saying "hands" before getting shot. I would think that on satellas clip you would be able to see and hear her saying "hands up" when my gun is out and actually pointing. So that would be 3.4.
that you "do not believe i saw the gun when i shot at sarah kyle. I was kinda lucky she had a gun tbh." To me that does not make sense that you come up with this comment when it isn't true. I clearly see her pull out a weapon at the side of my eyes so i shoot her dead. Just because you couldn't see it, does not mean i couldn't?
