Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Daan
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Week
Your Steam Name: Tripin
Your Roleplay Name: Smith Bronco
Your SteamID: 76561199282939091
Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - The player killed the mayor because they did not increase medic slots from 4 to 6 while 0 medics were on-duty.
Why should this appeal be considered?: So, the reason why I killed the mayor was about 20 minutes before she posted her reason why she should be picked, and she said she would give 1% sales tax, and she was truthful about that, but she also said she would increase the limit of first responders to maximum, and at the time, I had already been waiting quite a while to be paramedic but nobody quit being a paramedic. But while I was sitting inside the hospital lobby, the people running for mayor gave their reasons why they should be voted for, and Linsey Quick stood out to me because she gave the offer of max first responders. Then, when I gave her my vote, she won, and I was happy because I could finally play and save people. So, then I gave it a few minutes so she could change the paramedic slots, but she never did, and that's when I walked down and adverted, "Mayor quick, when you ran for elections, you said you would open max first responder jobs, but as I see there are not 6 paramedic slots, there are only 4. Change this, or bad things will happen" and I adverted this 3 times, and I have added them to the very end of my Clip of what happened inside that store. And I do understand that the medic slots were at 0 at this time, but please understand that I was searching EVERYWHERE. I even checked in the mayor's house, and this process took me around 15 minutes, and at times I would check my phone, and there would still be no spots left, but by the time I had found the mayor, I was just ready to enact revenge because I believed I had done everything right, because I had a valid reason, and I gave her multiple warnings and time to make this change. Thank you for reading my appeal.
