Rule Suggestion (6.1 Server Crashes/Restarts)

Suggestion Topic: 6.1 Server Crashes/Restarts
Suggestion Description: If there has just been a server restard or crash somtimes you wil be put at spawn. If you a warranted this would become a issue and police would start to chase you as soon as you leave, this would then make it so that you are breakin 6.1 but have no say in it. Basicly make it so cops cant pull over or raid houses that are warrented in for 10mins after server crash to give them a chance

Why should this be added?:
- Stops cops from focring players to break 6.1
- Allows warented people to have a chance of getting home and deffend

What negatives could this have?:
- Warrented people walking around in for the 10 mins and cops cant do anything about it

Myself and @Collier discussed this and while we feel it is already covered by the rule, we will change it to the following to make it absolutely clear:

You must not commit crimes, or try to chase previous suspects or wanted people as Police until 10 minutes have passed.​
